The Crossing Borders conference is the first in an annual series of academic conferences sponsored by the Davis Center together with another academic entity on campus, this year the Center for Foreign Languages.
The conference brings together Williams students and faculty on five panels, each of which examines in different ways the phenomenon of crossing, breaching, questioning or transgressing various kinds of borders. It will take place on Friday and Saturday, October 12 and 13, in Brooks-Rogers auditorium and Griffin Hall.
